WanderBloom exists to help people cultivate spiritual awareness and growth — within themselves, their relationships, their schools, their congregations, and their workplaces.

We believe that inner spiritual awareness leads to a greater sense of purpose, connection, and well-being — and that healing on an individual level ripples outward into more compassionate, inclusive communities.

About WanderBloom

Founder

Rose Sall

I found interfaith work before I had a name for it.

I was eighteen, a freshman in college, when I was invited to join my school's Interfaith Leadership Council — mostly just to attend a few events. I never left. That space became where I first learned how to show up as my full, authentic self — and where I started to understand that authenticity isn't just about being honest about who you are. It's about being willing to examine where your worldviews and values actually come from, and staying curious about where other people's come from too.

That experience became my purpose. It shaped everything that came after.

In undergrad, I switched majors more times than I'd like to admit — history, psychology, multimedia — before landing on Human Services Studies, because it was the lens that finally made sense of what I was chasing: how systems and human behavior, past and present, shape our quality of life and our ability to heal.

At Columbia, two things became clear to me: justice will never be perfect, and resolving a conflict doesn't automatically mean peace. Whether conflict leads to real peace depends on something simpler — our ability to understand each other's stories, and to communicate in a way that actually builds something between us.

That idea has a name: Coordinated Management of Meaning. The basic premise is this — when we communicate, we're not just describing reality. We're creating it, together.

Meaning isn't something we find. It's something we build, in relationship with one another.

That insight, paired with my lifelong love of storytelling, is what led me to create The Spirits in Me — and eventually, WanderBloom.

My life's work is interfaith work, in every form I can offer it. WanderBloom is one way I get to keep doing that — helping people and communities understand the stories they've inherited, so they can co-create new ones with courage and compassion.
